1. Agency Role
Smoove J’s Travel Agency LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor and booking agent. We arrange travel services, including cruises and related travel components, through third-party suppliers such as cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Smoove J’s Travel Agency LLC does not own, operate, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
2. Booking & Payments
All travel bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the travel supplier. Deposits, payment schedules, and final payment deadlines are determined by the supplier. Failure to make payments by the required deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any payments made.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability are subject to change until reservations are confirmed and paid in full. Promotional rates, discounts, and special offers may have limited availability and may change or expire without notice.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Cancellations or modifications to bookings may result in penalties, fees, or forfeiture of payments in accordance with supplier policies. Smoove J’s Travel Agency LLC does not control supplier refund timelines and is not responsible for delays or fees imposed by suppliers.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, identification, vaccinations, and any other required travel documentation. Smoove J’s Travel Agency LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, missed travel arrangements, or other disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.
6. Travel Risks
Travel may involve risks including but not limited to delays, cancellations, weather conditions, health concerns, mechanical issues, or other events beyond our control. By booking travel services, clients acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, or interruptions. If a client declines travel insurance, they accept responsibility for any losses that may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
Smoove J’s Travel Agency LLC shall not be liable for any acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, damages, delays, or irregularities caused by third-party suppliers providing travel services.
9. Conduct
Clients agree to comply with the rules, policies, and standards of conduct established by travel suppliers. Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from travel services without refund.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking travel services through Smoove J’s Travel Agency LLC, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
